UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND - The University of Richmond will host National Football League scouts and position coaches on Thursday, March 18 for the Spiders' annual Pro Day at Robins Stadium. This year's event is open only to Richmond football players and begins at 3 p.m.

The Pro Day is closed to the general public.

A number of Spiders are expected to work out in front of the NFL teams, including QB Eric Ward, DB Seth Williams, DL Parker Miles, DL Pierre Turner, OL Matt McCracken, DB David Horton and WR Jordan Mitchell.

Richmond's Pro Days have been very well attended by the NFL scouts and coaches over the last few seasons, as current NFL Players and former Spiders Tim Hightower (RB at Arizona) and Lawrence Sidbury (DL at Atlanta) have worked out at them.
