UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - Richmond head football coach Mike London appeared live on ESPN's morning show "First Take" Thursday morning.

On the nearly 10-minute segment with host Jay Crawford, he talked about the #1 Spiders, defending the National Championship, the bone marrow transplant for his daughter Ticynn and his previous job as a Richmond cop.

The No. 1-ranked Richmond football team (4-0), which has won 13-consecutive games, is preparing for a pivotal CAA Football game Saturday at No. 13 James Madison (2-2). The game matches up the last two National Champions to come from CAA Football -- Spiders (2008) and Dukes (2004).

Saturday's game at JMU airs live on Comcast SportsNet (Mid-Atlantic, Philadelphia and New England) and Comcast Charter Sports Southeast. Kick off is slated for 12 p.m. ET and the game is sold out.
