As a Junior (2008-09): Captured A-10 titles in five events as the Spiders cruised to their eighth-consecutive A-10 Championship title... She defended her gold in the 100 fly (54.06), the 200 free relay (1:33.00), the 200 medley relay (1:40.17 - A-10 record), the 400 medley relay (3:40.34) and the 400 free relay (3:22.87 - A-10 record)... The junior was fourth in the 100 free (51.34) and fifth in the 50 free (23.60)... Sieben enters her senior year holding three relay school records in the 400 free relay, 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay... The junior is ranked second all-time at Richmond in the 50 free (23.09 - set as a sophomore), second in the 100 free (50.17 - set as a sophomore), second in the 100 fly (53.73 - set as a sophomore, which was an NCAA "A" cut) and ninth in the 200 free (1:52.27 - set in 2007).

As a Sophomore (2007-08): Sieben capped off a tremendous sophomore campaign by earning a spot in the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials along with teammate Lauren Beaudreau where she'll swim the 100 fly... Earned an NCAA "A" cut in the 100 fly at the Terrapin Cup (53.73), marking the fifth-consecutive season that a Spider has competed in the NCAA National Championship... Took home seven medals at the 2008 A-10 Championship -- five golds and two silvers... Was a member of the A-10-record setting 400 medley relay (3:46.54)... Also won gold in the 50 free (23.56), 100 fly (55.19), 200 medley relay (1:44.02) and 400 free relay (3:26.02)... Her silvers came in the 100 free (51.46) and 200 free relay (1:34.32)... Enters her junior season standing second on the Spiders' all-time charts in the 50 free (23.09 - set at Terrapin Cup), 100 free (50.17 - set at Terrapin Cup), 100 fly (53.73 - set at Terrapin Cup).

As a Freshman (2006-07): Was named the Most Outstanding Rookie Performer at the A-10 Championships after capturing medals in each of the six events she was entered in the meet ... Was the Championship's gold medalist in the 50 free in a time of 23.73 .. Won the silver in the 100 free (52.48) ... Also took silver in the 100 fly in a time of 56.12 ... Was on the 400 free relay that won the gold (3:28.46), the 200 free relay that won gold (1:35.24) and the gold-medal winning 400 medlay relay in a time of 3:47.43... was part of Richmond's 200 medley relay that captured the gold medal and set an new A-10 and school record in a time of 1:43.49... was awarded UR's 2007 Donnie Lindsay First-Year Spirt Award.

High School: Was a four-year letterwinner in swimming ... served as captain ... received All-District and All-State honors all four years of high school ... named an All-American in the 100 fly.
